GENASUN

I worked with Genasun, a solar and battery hardware company, over several years as a client of CLEAR design lab. I primarily worked with them on redesign of product to improve manufacturability, reduce cost, or adapt to changes from supplier component changes. I converted machined parts to injection moldable geometries, worked with their contract manufacturers and sourced additional vendors for aluminum extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding.
